Welcome to this space, a gentle starting point for
wherever you are today.
Take what serves you, move at your own pace,
and know that support is here when you need it!
❤️ A NOTE FROM REGINA
Hey Girlfriend,
I know this journey because I’m walking it too. My weight has moved up and down over the years, and through it all I’ve learned something simple – we are stronger when we don’t do this alone.
REthinking Weight was born from my own desire to feel better in my body and at peace in my mind. Not to chase perfection, but to build something sustainable. Something kind. Something real.
These eCookBooks – and this space – come from that place. And they’re part of something bigger. Every purchase helps support The Wonder Labs, our nonprofit dedicated to creating spaces where creativity, wellness, and community thrive together.
So as you begin here, know this: you don’t have to rush. You don’t have to have it all figured out. Just take the next gentle step.
With love,
Regina
START HERE
If you’ve tried before… and stopped.
If you’ve restarted more times than you can count.
If you’re tired – but still hopeful.
You are not behind. You are human.
This journey doesn’t begin with restriction. It begins with care.
Try one small shift today:
• Start your morning with a full glass of water before anything else. Let your body wake up slowly.
• Add one nourishing meal – something colorful and whole. No perfection required.
• Take a 10-minute walk, not for calories, but for clarity.
You don’t need to fix everything at once. One gentle choice today is enough.
And if you ever want more structure – full recipe collections, step-by-step wellness guidance, and steady encouragement – that’s what the Membership and eCookBooks are designed for. But today, this is enough.
MIND + EMOTIONAL RESET
Before we talk about food, we talk about the voice in your head.
The one that says:
“You should be further by now.”
“You always mess this up.”
“Why can’t you just get it together?”
Pause that voice for a moment.
Try asking:
• What would compassion sound like right now?
• What am I actually needing — rest, structure, reassurance?
• If this is a season, what might it be teaching me?
You do not need shame to create change.
You do not need harshness to move forward.
Sometimes the real breakthrough is choosing to stop fighting yourself.
If you ever want to explore these conversations more deeply, the podcast holds space for that — honestly and gently.
And sometimes, talking it through with a trained professional can make all the difference.
Mental and emotional health are not side notes in your journey — they are foundational. You don’t have to wait until things feel overwhelming to reach out. Therapy isn’t only for crisis. It can simply be a place to untangle thoughts, rebuild confidence, or learn healthier ways to respond to stress.
If you’d like to connect with a licensed therapist, you can reach out to:

And if you are ever in immediate distress, please call or text 988 in the United States for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Reaching out is not weakness. It’s strength in motion.
GENTLE BODY RESET
If your body feels heavy, inflamed, or simply exhausted, it may not need punishment. It may need rhythm.
Try this simple reset for one day:
• Stretch for three minutes before you look at your phone.
• Eat something alive today – fruit, greens, beans, whole foods.
• Step outside and let fresh air meet your face.
• Go to bed 30 minutes earlier than usual.
Not as a rule. Not as a challenge. Just as care.
Your body is not broken. It may just be overwhelmed.
If you’d ever like guided recipes and structured support to make these rhythms easier, the Membership and eCookBooks are there when you’re ready. Until then, begin gently.
WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE GIVING UP
Let’s talk about the day you almost quit.
The day you ate something you didn’t plan.
The day the scale didn’t move.
The day you thought, “What’s the point?”
One meal does not erase your effort.
One hard week does not cancel your growth.
One emotional moment does not define you.
If today feels messy, here’s your gentle reset:
• Drink water.
• Take a short walk.
• Choose one balanced meal.
• Go to bed early.
Tomorrow does not require punishment.
It requires patience.
You are allowed to continue.
YOU ARE NOT DOING THIS ALONE
There are women walking this exact path right now.
Women balancing families.
Businesses.
Stress.
Hormones.
Dreams.
And still trying.
Rethinking Weight™ was never meant to be a solo journey. It’s a space for honest growth, steady progress, and real support.
If you ever want deeper accountability, structured guidance, and a private space to grow, the Membership is open whenever you feel ready. And if starting with food feels easier, the eCookBooks are a beautiful first step.
But even if you’re just here – reading this page – you belong.
READY WHEN YOU ARE
There is no countdown here.
No pressure.
No urgency.
No “before and after” expectations.
Take what you need from this space.
Return when you need a reminder.
And when you feel ready for more structure, more recipes, more support, and more community – those doors are open.
Until then, keep standing.
Keep choosing one small shift.
Keep being gentle with yourself.
That’s enough for today.
Growth is not a spectacle. It does not hurry or demand attention. It begins quietly – beneath the surface, where roots are learning how to hold. In unseen places, strength is forming. And when the season shifts, what has been growing in patience rises gently toward the light. Change comes this way – steady, faithful, and more beautiful than we ever imagined 🌿
